Through use of the Teamviewers, we can answer your questions quickly and efficiently – as if we were sitting right beside you. The Teamviewer transmits the content displayed on your PC screen live to the hotline employee. The service employee of dawin® gmbh has the possibility to make an indicator arrow appear on your screen. At your request, and on receipt of your confirmation, the service employee can also remotely control your PC via Teamviewer.
Teamviewer is just a single program that does not need any configuration – a brief download and initialization of the program are all that is needed. Teamviewer also operates through Internet connections via modem as well as HTTP proxies, DSL routers and firewalls.

Register by telephone with dawin® gmbh. To start the program, we will only need the Teamviewer identification number from you.
